My Girlfriend has just descibed my Blog as "cute".

This is not what I was aiming for. Do you see Pikachu here? Or kittens for that matter.
admittedly I don't really know what I am aiming for barring an easy way for folks to keep in touch with me. Perhaps I could got more technical like Mr Kablooie has in his design blog. I don't think I'd have the interest in it to be honest though. Easier to let him do the hard work ;)

I could do the 'review' type blog.. talk about movies or music or something.
or post fiction, or talk about games stuff all the time..

Speaking of reviews. Got me the new PJ harvey album. I like it.

Well for a while there you were a useful check on whether home had gotten swallowed by a kraken or something, but now you're leaving and so will have no nutritional value at all.

Best just go with 'these funny things happened to me today'. And rant about Ketsurians. And also - since you'll be a fresh pair of eyes to remind the jaded dilletantes what they used to see - tell us about moving to Dublin and what strikes you. I bet *that* would be interesting.

Crikey Xaosseed. I thought I made it clear that I'm not the guy you want to use to keep tabs on the state of affairs here in sligo.. You see I could quite possibly see the situation where I'm on the phone to you and you're like, "Dave , theres a really bad echo on your phone" and I'd say "really? must be the network."
and we'd talk some more about other stuff and then you'd say "whats the hell is that gigantic screeching noise".

"hmm? oh that. I'm in the belly of a Monstrous squid. Yeah town got swallowed by the Kraken last month.. did I forget to mention that?"

Umm yeah...
Cute is good man...
It's girlfriend speak for "Isn't it nice you have something to do with your time when I'm not around... I'll probably never really understand why you do it but it makes me giggle when I read it..."
Or - something...
I dunno - I don't speak girlfriend very well... Gonna have to get me some lessons!
